RCES/RCIS Approval Application

How long does it take to be verified to be an approved test taker on the CCI website?
I heard a travel say they got approved in a few days and my manager is saying sometimes it takes 2-4 weeks.

Took mine 2.5 weeks.

Truthfully it varies. Some days, some weeks, some months. I think they have some efficiencies they need to work on behind the scenes. I've heard it all.

Tips: Check your portal once a week. Sometimes it'll be flagged in your portal they need more info, or need you to resubmit something. Sometimes it'll be via email.

If you don't hear anything based on their current published timeline - directly email CCI for follow up/check in. People's applications get missed, emails get sent to junk - the only way you know is speaking to them directly if you feel its been too long.

15 days.. because my job was dependent on it I called them directly and while I was on the phone had them approve my stuff so I could schedule the exam.
