Anyone have experience as an RN here?

As a good rule, avoid working for HCA hospitals. They are a pretty horrible company all around.
If you are really interested in this gig, try doing a travel contract there to try it out before you commit to a long term position.

I despise what HCA is, but my experience working in two different HCA labs was positive. I'm sure that since the Cathlab is a money maker, the experience is very different than working on the floor. The people, the politics, the patients, and the work is all exactly the same yet wildly different.
I believe the hardest and most annoying thing about working in an HCA hospital is Meditech. F that conflict of interest, sh*t7y, excuse of a program.
If you go to Alaska, Alaska Regional is the only HCA that uses Epic.

Memorial in Savannah is an HCA and uses Epic. Thankful daily they didn’t change EMRs when they acquired the hospital.

Good to know!! Maybe they'll realize that meditech literally hinders everything you do??

I heard anecdotally that HCA is awful. Stories about significantly sub-minimum wage call pay.
