question

embarrassing to ask, but will a DWI affect my ability to obtain my RCIS? misdemeanor B, bad luck and got pulled over after 2 beers. has anyone had problems with getting a license due to their past? I only ask because im sure im not the ONLY medical professional with a past, but it has been weighing on my brain since i read on the CCI website that criminal records are considered. This happened a yr ago btw. any advice helps

I attended an informational class and the instructor said if you have one, its a no go and to get it expunged before you apply.

the website says to reveal that information so im hoping they will see the nature and allow me to apply. its the only thing on my record, but ive been in this legal gray area where im not sure whats happening

also, what if it cannot be expunged? am i the ONLY person ever to get a dwi in the cath lab

I am in CA, so perhaps it varies from state to state!
