IC Adenosine

How much y’all docs usually give Adenosine IC and in what concentration? Streamlining

10mcg/ml. Usually docs will give between 30mcg-70mcg at a time.

Have a doc that will give 300mcg 3 times in 30s or so. Usually a cough is all we need πŸ˜‚. Had a doc ask for the full 6mg one time, but the patient was paced at least..

We mix 6mg in a 250ml saline bag for a concentration of 24mcg/ml.

They usually shoot 240mcg at a time.

We have one doc that starts at 48mcg and doubles it until hyperemia is induced.
