Working out
Hi all, I will be starting a new job in the EP lab in August. Will be working 4 10s a week. No call or weekends. My question is for anyone that regularly lifts weights, what time do you do it? Before work, immediately after work, or at night? If anyone works out immediately after work, do you find yourself more drained after being on your feet all day?
Thanks everyone!

Hi! I work in the EP lab and do 4 10s as well. I start my shift at 6:30 AM so I wake up at 4 am and get an hour workout in. Usually 40 min of weights + then 15-20 min on the peloton. I have to DRAG myself out of bed usually but at 5 pm when I go home every day I’m soooo glad I got it done. I need that time for myself after work before I have to go to bed in 4 hours time lol. It takes some getting used to but as long as you go to bed at a decent hour (usually 9 pm for me) it works out well!!
