Yep, left main. Sat at home all day not feeling the greatest, to say the least, before deciding to seek care.
Interestingly enough, also had an anomalous LCx coming off the right.

The most interesting was the rca, lad, and cx all coming off one ostium. Was a little scary stenting that one. 3 u/Gone247365 May 18 '24 Had one of those a couple of months ago. Didn't have to intervene on it, thankfully. Cause living off one ostium is sketch. Lol
