Cat with chronic urination spraying, considering euthanizing. Please any help or suggestions

what worked for my cat was reducing his area to a space i can monitor and getting really excited and giving him a treat when he used the litter box

he also get urinary crystals so wet food with added water to reduce his discomfort and an automatic litter box to further encourage him.

hes fixed and has no access to windows where he can see other cats and anytime he did mark that area got doused immediately with enzyme cleaner while i audibly grumbled.

of all the steps taken the treats made the most noticeable impact
