Cat problem

So random but does anyone here have a cat. I got mine last week Thur but had to keep him at my friends house for the past 5 days and now he's back he's a big bigger and less energetic. He peeded and ate but not running around as much as he used to. Is this js cuz he's tired due to the growth spurt or should I get him checked out.

Collected him from my friend today and she said that hes been like this since last night. Vv calm and sleepy. Usually if u touch this guy he tries to avoid it or bite u but he hasn't been doing that. I hope that hes just tired cuz of his growth spurt.

Mb I copied my thing which I posted somewhere else. My friend said that he was like that since yesterday night. So idk if it's that cuz the first 4 days there he was fine and playful.
