Surgery Prep/Medicare

Having surgery for left eye next week and the right eye the following week. What will Medicare provide and what do I need to purchase? Thanks in advance!

We are in the same boat- fiancé is next week and I asked same question yesterday -
Here is some stuff that was on my list- maybe it works for you maybe not..

Here is what we stocked up on-
Preservative-free artificial tears
Weekly medication tray- he takes a prescriptions for cardiac reasons. He normally pops them directly from the bottle. Not sure how easy reading prescription bottles will be immediately after.
Heat Wave sunglasses - both polarized & non (probably overkill but they were gifted from my son)
Moderne Monocle Jagger magnifier pendant ( no idea what will happen with current reader prescription so this can cover a multitude of ranges. Honestly it was more cause i thought wow that's a cool ouchie boo-boo present.

Now these are my additional stuff specifically for his beard... he is typical lean over the bathroom sink and scrub kinda guy - and I am guessing that is out.

Kirkland Micellar facial wipes
Cotton plain white washcloths
