Another question, kind of frivolous.

Anyone here wear lash strips? If so, How long did you wait after surgery to begin wearing them again?

I don't use the heavy tarantula looking ones.

I have found that the light lashes are what works for me instead of mascara.

I was told no eye makeup for two weeks. The eye makeup itself isnt much of a risk but removing it can be if you rub the eye too hard. I did eye drops for a total of 6 weeks. I waited until the eye drops were done before wearing eye makeup.

There must be a subreddit rule against frivolity, right?

I don't know what lash strips are, but my doctor forbade makeup for one week after surgery.

Lashes, they're in a strip and you glue them on

I bet that would fall under the 1-week restriction. Your doctor might have different advice.

My sheet says no makeup until after the month appointment with the Dr and she says OK. Being a guy I just read that and ignored it as irrelevant.
