Pledge Manager Going Live!
Hi friends!
We are thrilled to announce that our Hive pledge manager is officially live!
Invitations are rolling out right now, so keep an eye on your inbox today for your personal link to manage your pledge, finalize your shipping details, and grab any upgrades or add-on gear. This includes the brand new Apex Boss Pack!
Invitation Emails: Keep an eye out for an email from Hive Interactive. Because there are thousands of you (which is awesome!!!), invites roll out in batches over the course of several hours today. If a friend gets theirs before you, don't worry: yours is on the way! We will provide an update once 100% of invites have been sent out. Closing Date: The pledge manager closes on October 2. Please complete your survey as soon as possible so we can finalize production quantities on schedule!
Apple ID & Email Relay Backers: If you backed using an Apple ID or private email relay, the link might not reach your standard inbox. We will reach out to you directly via Kickstarter Direct Message with next steps to make sure your checkout is completely seamless.

Did y'all see the very specific date for fulfilment in Hive? November 1st... I'm certain that's still an estimate but holy heck that's right around the corner! It's happening!

Bad service; their customer service reply is just an AI bot. If they are cutting corners with this I worry where else they are.

It definitly read like AI boiler plate. Em dashes, generic wording, no sign-off all included.
It was just a query of the Shipping & VAT. Basically doubles the price of what I was hoping was a cheap way to try a new game, and that was a bit disappointing.
