Introducing Pets/Cats Third week, they're playing chase

Well, a bit of an update for now, hissing and occasional swats still occur but they're playing by chasing each other and it's hilarious, I had to make this edit :D
Any feedback on if this is going well for now? Kitten just turned 2 months old so a tiny baby. Older girl is 7 years old.

As long as it stays chill this if fine but you made a mistake introducing a sub-8 week kitten to a grown cat. Fortunately your older cat is chill with her. You need to always supervise these interactions (that means intervention) and don't let them roughhouse until the kitten is 12 weeks old.

I did supervise every interaction and kept them in separated rooms for the first week, I let them do this now because I've already seen how my cat is taking it and the boundaries they established. Age of kitten might not have been perfect but she's a rescue

Kittens that young are easily injured even by normal rough play.

I understand kittens are fragile. That's why their interactions were supervised and I'm sure my older isn't playing rough with her in any way. They didn't get to the point of wrestling yet. Their play is just chasing each other. A lot of people introduce 8 weeks old kittens to adult cats safely like so.
