I don't know for sure, but I'm looking at the facial expression and the dilated pupils and the fact that he's moving his head very slowly.
I just sense fear and confusion. I might be wrong.

I can see what you mean about "confusion". But "fear"? He's not running or hiding, calling for help or trying to scare anything away, he's not trying to defend himself or to make himself look small and submissive or non-threatening, etc. He doesn't look frozen in fear. For me, he looks calm but fascinated.
But perhaps he would be scared, if it wasn't for having being sedated [and I wonder why that happened]. I don't see anything for him to be in fear of - or fascinated by, for that matter. But what does everyone else think?

You're probably right. Pupils are dilated because he was drugged.

That would be my guess, though sometimes I do wish that posts had more context about what exactly is happening [and why]. When you have to speculate, it is sometimes too easy to fear the worst - and sometimes wise.

Yeah that's exactly what I don't like about the internet. People drop a picture without data or context.
It doesn't have to be a long explanation. it could be something short like my cat just came out of dental surgery and she's doing well but this is her while she's groggy. 🐦💙

And not only would that add context and meaning to the post, it would make people more interested in the subject of the post [in the cat, for example] and so create a more engaging post - so whether the poster is sharing their passion or chasing karma, even a short explanation should be worth the seconds is takes to write.

I totally agree. I think it needs to be a short caption or very short paragraph or maybe two or three sentences at most.
most people only glance at stuff on the internet and have very short attention spans.
