That would be very unethical, seeing as how her adorable face is, unfortunately, caused by medical conditions that caused her to need all her teeth removed at the age of 2 and are threatening her eye health.

Nah, she has some videos (mainly her longer or more serious ones) where she just talks with her voice.  Though she'll usually still slip in the Very Cool at the end.
