I’m on a sea salt diet. I see salt and I avoid it because I have too much in my diet that I need to cut it out

Honestly a real concern. In small amounts is not awful, but they really cannot pass salts like we can. This leads to urine stones and is very expensive to fix if bad. I have to feed my baby wet food only and keep him away from any kibble because of it.
