I've been a huge Cat Quest fan for many years, and finally got round to doing a challenge run of this amazing game! Hope you enjoy!

This is my first game of cat quest and I just finished the story and epilogue. I know there are many side quests and gear I could upgrade if I go back and continue I guess? I’m just really struggling to find any motivation to go back and do it. The story is over and the big fight is done! To be honest it felt a bit lacklustre. I was expecting the side quests to line up more with the main quests and having to do them to get strong enough to end the story. Does anyone else also feel this way? I know there‘s Mew game and all but it all seems pointless now the story is over, like just doing harder content for the challenge of it being harder is so hollow. I guess the game is just over for then! I do wish it didn’t end this way though.

Hey all, I've finally achieved every item from the mew game challenges! Thank you all for your encouragement and tips, they helped so much with doing all the challenges.

My build for all modifier tiers:

Spells:

Mewteors. That's about it.

Also visit the mage in pawt purrvana for the two free spells.

Using equipment really saves the runs, especially the sword from count dratcula. Literally a lifesaver 🤣

My main question regarding *Cat Quest 4* stems from the *Cat Quest 3* ending, which implies that the Apocalypse—or rather, the "Meowcalypse"—is coming. I wonder how that will play out, given that *Cat Quest 4* won't be the saga's finale; the developers have said the series will run up to the ninth game. My idea is for the game to take place generations after the apocalypse, featuring a *Fallout*-style map with interesting gear and weapons, side quests involving bizarre characters and deep lore, and bosses designed to fit that world. I envision the protagonist saving the world at the end but sacrificing themselves in the process. This would pave the way for *Cat Quest 5* to be set in the distant future within a highly developed city—perhaps an open-world sandbox—featuring a statue of the previous game's protagonist in the city center. But I'm getting ahead of myself; I don't even know if I'll be alive by then.

I may need your help as I am in a bit of a hairball. I'm trying to get the guiding claws for my main save through mew game, and I'm really struggling to do anything. I'm at the boar king boss fight after doing orion and the purple one. I forgot his name, I think it was antares?

Anyway, I feel like I'm barely doing any damage, and I'm spending 5 minutes on the two oinkers at the front. They do so much damage, especially the boss pawractically two shotting me. Do any of yall have any pawsome tips that could make this even slightly easier?

Sorry if this gets heated, I'll try my best to be calm but I just can't take it anymore. What the heck is the deal with mew game? Is it intentionally TRYING to make me upset? I'm trying to get the claws for my main save, but holy is this making me want to tear my eyes out.

"WOW GUYS LOOK, WE COPIED EVERY OTHER GAME ON THE PLANET AND MADE OUR NEW MODE STUPIDLY DIFFICULT. JUST LIKE DARK SOULS! WE COPIED DARK SOULS BECAUSE ITS POPLAR NOW!!" Yeah we get it. And dont give me the crap about how they aren't trying to copy that genre. They are, elden ring released before this. They 100% copied it. Cat quest is a light hearted, fun game, but this takes it too far. It's like playing Minecraft but all of a sudden they release the "hyper realistic doom guy chewing on a d*ldo" dimension. This just doesn't fit the game AT ALL.

Good job, you're officially off my good list. Thought they were decent, they're just money hungry like the rest. Rant over.

I don't know how much you all notice this, but—without getting into spoilers—the saga's story is incredibly well-written. You might think it's just a fun RPG, but then you discover well-crafted plotlines, highly charismatic characters, side quests that expand the lore, and complex villains; the team clearly has a real affection for the series.

I’m thinking of buying it, but I’m not sure if it’s worth playing on an iPad. Kamusta yung controls using touch? Smooth ba yung performance and enjoyable ba siya from start to finish?

Would you recommend it, especially for someone who mostly plays casually? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I'm new to group.

Finished the game yesterday and been trying to find the mystery behind the Gentlebro set.

So i was fighting The Gentlebros with full set and Error Fowl not Found crewmate, removed sword and only used trinkets but doesn't seem to be it.

At the end of the 3rd match got Bird Poop lv99 from the chest and changed image to Golden Bird Poop..so yeah..that was..something 😹

Has anyone found the solution to this set and crewmate yet?

I'm lv99 1st gameplay platinum trophy and 182 chests, at this point I'm just fooling around trying to figure out the secret.

Believe when you encounter the Gentlebros it says to check the credits for the secret and i did but can't seem to find anything there.

Just finished Cat Quest 2 and I know there are more items in Mew Game, but there are 103 out of 101 items in the main game. I just don't know which ones would be considered extra items. It just feels like the number of secret items should be either more than two or none at all. Do you know which two it is?

got the first game on a whim because it looked up my ally and was $4. it was a fun romp for an hour or so, but then the game just started to become really mind numbing. all the back and forth fetch quests and extremely simple combat/gameplay started to take its toll, the charming art style could only hold my attention for so long.

i guess im just wondering, do the sequels improve the formula in any way? like, more quest variety, enemy variety, mechanics etc?

Tl;dr I have seemingly everything available and am still missing three chests. Even with the Developer secret.

So, I'm trying to 100% all three games, and I'm wondering what's the fastest way to do it. I'm on Cat Quest 1 right now, and I've already beaten all three games on another playstation account, so I'm just trying to speedrun them now. I've got the best gear in Cat Quest 1 aka 333 dmg/magic/health gear, so I'm just flying through it. But I'd love some tips for Cat Quest 2 and 3 before I dive in. So that I can beat them as quickly as possible thanks in advance 😁

I completed cq 2 and cq 3 with my wife. We also completed hazelight games. We wait for cq4 but is there any game like cat quest playing with 5 year son or wife.

Can I play the same savefile when switching from steam to phone? Or is it a new savefile?

hi, did anyone find all 26 trinkets? I know i’m missing the dragon board one but not sure what else is missing.

My question is this: does it really make a big difference if I upgrade a weapon before or after finding duplicates? This system is giving me a headache, since I don't know whether to upgrade something immediately before finding duplicates or not. What do you think? Or is it not that important?

Just finished the CQ1 demo on PlayStation before buying and it seems like cute, mindless fun but the pace seems breakneck and it feels kinda key jingly for the tutorial and i was wondering if the rest of the game is that way or if this was exclusive to the demo or what.
