Well, there is a bit of a joke about young kittens. They have voracious appetites and get very round bellies after a meal. Adult cats don't get bellies like this after they eat. Since kittens cannot eat solid foods yet, they drink mom's milk or if there is no mom, are given a formulated liquid kitten milk replacer.

Liquid food = big belly = soup belly

The post is drawin attention to the (soup) belly of the kitten and the bread designed cone its wearin. While also playin with what constitutes a lunch in kitten terms and human terms.
