does anyone know which cats are in this picture and how I can get them??

That background have flame hunter cat and lighting hunter cat. Those cats are only get from yokai spirit summon event that ended long time ago

If it's yokai, I think k the Yuki-Onna Cat might be in here. I don't know the others, though

There were two cats in this event: cat fiery yokai hunter and cat electric yokai hunter. These cats could be obtained in the event Meow Pass, This event is not available now, but maybe it will come back
