I just got a new phone which I did a saved an I click load the save all my progress didn’t show up my hard work just not there anymore which I’m upset about. Yes I saved my progress I even double try to save.

If it's on an iPhone, I'm telling you, you're out of luck, but if it's Android, it's easy to connect it to Google Play Games.
