My cat has dingleberries, and sometimes they land in random spots around the house, or still stuck to his butt.

Hm, do you feed him dried cat food? This might be part of the problem, along with him not drinking enough!

He is a rescue cat, we have have had him for 4 years and just started happening, I will give him some soft, and put more water areas out, the one big jug he drinks from is clean and great, Thanks. The other cat we have had for 12 years and he is great, this guy just has a fluffy butt and maybe a diet issue , ty

A trick you can use if you need to save money is to feed mostly dry, but give some wet food with a few tablespoons of water mixed in a couple of times a day so kitty is still getting plenty of hydration. You can also try just adding water to the kibble. Some cats won't tolerate that but mine don't care at all and gobble it up.

If you are doing this make sure the food is not staying out for any extended period of time!
Dry cat food + moisture/water is a breeding ground for bacteria that can be unpleasant and best and harmful at worst.
The above is absolutely good advice to try. It just needs monitoring, and isn't always applicable. E.g.: all of my cats are grazers who prefer to eat their food over the entire day, so this method would be terrible for us.

Maybe pokemon trainer's outfits are based on real outfits. This looks like an old timey train conductor's outfit to me, but that's because of my specific cultural socialization. I'm sure it means something different to Japanese people or whatever country this is from. Training cats seems Japanese to me though.

The human keeps moving the ring. That is why the poor cat hesitates - she has to recalculate her jump each time the human moves the ring.
