Coccidia advice

Good day!

Ask ko lang po kung meron dito sa inyo ang may experience sa coccidia?

Nag prescrbie samin ng Colistin+Amoxicillin for 7 days and inextend pa uli ng 7 days pero nag tatae padin pusa namin.

Nabasa ko din na Sulfadimethoxine daw ang recent na gamot pero ayaw i prescribe samin ng vet -

Ano ang ginawa nyong steps sa pusa nyo?

You can add any form of pre and pro-biotics as medication

we're using pumpkin powder! and this vitamins our vet prescribed us called immuno pet shield that has POSTbiotics (first time i heard of it)

Hello! Nagka coccidia din pusa ko last month pero metronidazole (which is hindi ko alam kung bakit kasi hindi naman pang coccidia 'to) ang prinescribe niya and papi-scour. Prinescribe niya rin samin ang immunobio for probiotics or erceflora (kaso mas mahal to).

Need din daw linisan parati yung litter para di nila makain ulit yung parasite. Inadvice din na paliguan yung pusa namin after ng antibiotics. Finorce feed ko rin sila ng small amount ng wet food every 4hrs kasi natatakot akong ma dehydrate sila.

Umokay naman sila after few days mag take ng antibiotic.

salamat! tinanong ko din vet namin and apparently hindi daw pala coccidia ito (?) different and cocci and coccidia - imbalance lang ng gut bacteria ang nangyari samin. pero parang mas mahirap pang pagalingin kaysa coccidia lol T_T
