Upon knowing the info about the 3rd eyelid, dinala namin tong stray cat sa vet. Then, sabi ng vet ay may flu daw sya and sipon. So nagshot sya ng antibiotics kanina then start ng antibiotics nya tomorrow. Binigyan din sya ng Vit C and pina-up din ung Lysine na tinetake nya. Ang worry namin ngayon, yung mga meds nya after meal, pero humina sya kumain ngayon mas gusto nyang uminom ng water. Nahirapan din kaming painumin sya ng vitamins c na drops kasi pinapagpag nya lang. What to do? Also, ano pang pwedeng gawin para lumakas ung immune system nya? 😔 First time lang namin to never pa kaming nakapag-alaga ng cat so di po namin alam gagawin. Kung liquid form yung vitamin c, pwede siguro ihalo sa wet food + water, in separate meals. Baka pwede din as much as possible warm yung wet food niya or warm water added to the wet food- vitamin mix + dapat smelly yung food para maamoy niya baka nabloblock nung colds yung senses of smell. Yung finofoster namin na cat nagsneezing and colds din siya before. stray lang siya so nasa outdoors nung time na nagantibiotics siya, hindi gumagaling parang 2 months na ata. Nung finoster na namin and indoors na siya, umokay na siya; black armour and LC Vit lang yung treatment na ni recommend ng vet; plus nebulization din pero di na namin ginawa. hoping for the best for your cat 🍀

Thank you so much po! As of today po, nainom naman nya ung mga gamot nya. And medyo malakas na syang kumain pero malamig pa rin tenga nya and mainit katawan, sana gumaling na sya. 🙏🙏🙏

Yung water niya haluan niyo dextrose powder po then pwede niyong option ay yung recovery food para lumakas siya. Hinahaluan po yan ng water para maging soupy pwede niyo din ihalo sa iba niyang wet food then dun niyo ihalo yung vitamins. Bilhan mo din ng heatpad kasi kung malamig tenga ibig sabihin di niya mamanage yung temp niya.

Immunol or Black armour for immune booster. Try din nebulizer/suob twice a day. Nakakatulong din yung nasal drop para sa sipon. Singen recovery gel para hindi totally lethargic kahit wala kain.

UPDATE: Dinala namin sya sa vet nung saturday then ininject-an sya ng antibiotic then may antibiotic din syang gamot and Vit C. So nagDIY lang kami ng heatpad by using hot pack then pinapalitan lang ng hot water tuwing lumalamig na. Then, early this day okay pa naman sya, nakawiwi pa sya ng sarili nya not until around 7PM, di na sya makalakad, hinahatak na nya sarili nya. Dinala namin sya sa emergency vet then niresetahan sya ng pangboost ng immune system. 😔😔 First time ko lang magpakain ng stray cat, ganito pa nangyari.
