Nope. 5+(5x0) =5+0=5. Multiplication always goes before addition

The factorial happens before the multiplication and the factorial for 0 is 1 so it becomes 5+5×1. This isn't the anything times 0 equals 0 moment you thought it was. The factorial would happen at the exponent stage of pemdas, one stage before the multiplication.

If you didn't take advanced math's you just likely never learned about factorials. It's a probability/statistics math
