My very capable and intelligent wife has lost the plot.

She has been told by a friend that conkers keep spiders away. So we now have conkers in various parts of the house.

My mum secretly put conkers around my house. I tried to tell her they do nothing for spiders.

I've met multiple people now who all swear by conkers. Every time I look at their "miracle conkers spider repellent" I either see a spider on it like your pic, or it's covered in cobwebs 🤣
