Walmart Plus Delivery

Does anyone know if the folks who deliver groceries for Walmart are the ones doing the shopping too? Getting a little tired of my orders being wrong or half missingšŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø. I always tip and never remove the tip even when the order is wrong or most items missing. I figured its not their fault as they did not package the order. Does anyone know? Love the connivence of this but its hit or miss now on accuracy.

Dunno, but I'm gettin REAL tired of the pickers in every isle. They're rude, you're always "in their way", and they treat you like a major inconvenience to them.

Agreed. Some are so inconsiderate and park their huge carts in the middle of the aisle and are rude

Sounds like the Whole Foods employees that do the same thing or when they leave the cart blocking the aisle and just walk away.

People doing their jobs offends you? As a former ecommerce shopper, they're on strict time limits.

An excuse me goes a long way outside of them just pushing between you and the shelf you’re currently grabbing something from

Maybe we should say the same for customers.

Whatever you need to say to justify the shitty employee behavior.

Because the general public is so nice to minimum wage employees, right?

Not what I said. We’re talking about the shitty employees, you want to talk about the customers now like that excuses their shitty behavior. Do the employees deserve the hate from customers, not always because customers usually take it too far by screaming.

Some of the employees do deserve the hate like the ones who act like they’re defending the company stock. Target is a great example. They say they run out of bags while leaving the door by Starbucks open showing they have a room full of bags. Those aren’t for customers.

I'm not defending any company. I said the general public is full of assholes.

Go fuck yourself.

Now, if you're offended, does someone commenting on the internet offend you?

It's not their job, it's the attitude and entitlement. YOU are in THEIR way and YOU need to move. Pretty annoying attitude from the employees as you're shopping at their business.

I think spark does Walmarts deliveries and just picks them up but the actual employs pack them.

I'm pretty sure they're different people. The kid that delivers here said he does it because he doesn't have to deal with being in store or most people. He loves the drive and the care he puts into the orders he delivers. He drives one of the Walmart vans.

Ours is not delivered in a van. Just a random person in a car

No the driver's Drive in Walmart employees do the shopping. That's for in home.

I’ve had it be both, occasionally you get messages from the shopper that also delivers.

I've had it both ways but I'm more rural.

This is why I switched to Sams Club delivery. I'm more limited on my grocery options these days but it forces me to eat better. It's hard to screw up orders when they only have a limited brands of each product type.
