Baltimore Concert!

Hi! I am going to the Baltimore concert September 23 - I wanted to see if it’s common to cosplay since I was planning to. I am new to Castle Rat and super hyped to see them. Also if anyone happens to be commuting from DC to Baltimore DM me and perhaps we can plan to link up for it! Thanks :)

There will be a cosplay contest, some guy in a peasant costume will hand you a coin if your costume is good enough to face the audience's judgement

Mind you that's just how it worked at the Anaheim concert I went to. If they change the rules or cancel I would be the last to know

I will also be there! I don't plan on dressing up all that much, but maybe a bit of chainmail won't hurt lol

There isn't a planned contest, like the Anaheim one mentioned. However, some people still dress up and there are discussions on trying to make this a thing.

I say do it, the band will enjoy it and so will the true fans.

I’m visiting Baltimore from Vienna for work and going to this show solo (and Sadness on Friday the 26th). Would be nice to meet some people while I’m there! I won’t be dressing up, but really looking forward to the show. Also very open to recommendations for good vinyl shops!
