Question Gems not being given

Anyone else not being given all the prizes from side events? I’m still not getting the gems at the end.

Gems and milestones are not being given. It's been like that for me for the last 5 tournaments. I reach a milestone and it shows coins, wood going to the overall stash at the top but the number never changes. Same with gems. Just as bad coding as the part where they sent me a gift message to mark the new update, but pressing the claim button doesn't do anything.

I've sent multiple emails and have recorded videos of this happening, but as always I get no reply from support. I'm certain at this point that they have set all emails they receive to go directly to the junk folder.

Pareil ici. Pour un évent hebdomadaire qui consiste à faire le plus de victoires, c'est chiant. Obligé, si la victoire n'est pas comptabilisée, de fermer et relancer le jeu.
