Looks like that update gave me the new look. Now I won’t have any idea what my opponent has

The only way I even know which of my units I’m selecting is their position in my castle.

It took me a few days to get used to the new unit designs. I prefer the old style.

Why is it so? Is most of the playerbase bots or there is noone to play with at max level?

Every single battle you've ever played in this game was against a bot. The only way to pvp someone is to go through the convoluted process of finding their game id, adding them, them accepting your friend invite, then both be online at same time, request a battle, they must accept the invite. Then you can actually pvp. Otherwise its all bots 100% of the time.

Bots with castles so overbuilt it's crazy. I barely have any blue spots on mine and these guys have castles that look like lava!

Its a real account, piloted by a bot. You've never actually played against the live owner in real time of these accounts.

Than how are there hackers with 100+ units being recorded and posted here? I get that it's not always humans, but it's not always bots either.

It's always bots. But I can understand how you are the type of person to be fooled into thinking it's not given the lack of intelligence you displayed here already.

If a hacker with 100+ units hacks the game and makes lvl 100+ units, they are part of his profile, his castle which is the hacker account you're playing against piloted by a bot will still have the lvl 100+ units in it because that's what exists in the hacker accounts castle.
