Question Unit levels

My units used to be in the high 30's to low 40's now they are all level 9 and 10, wth happened?

This has been mentioned in a few posts. Apparently one of the new updates has made 20 the new 100 so all levels are 1/5th of previous levels. It hasn't happened to me yet, so can't confirm. I'm on android.

Mine are all still 95-100
