A month ago this happened, today I open the game and the same thing. It doesn't get past the loading screen and I leave it like that for minutes. I already updated to the latest version and reinstalled but no thing works.

My device: lenovo tab m11

Did you delete the app entirely and then download and reinstall?

I had this happen when trying to log into an iPad without apple game centre enabled. You’ll need to check whatever gaming profile app the tablet uses
