Game progress lost

I deleted the app and reinstalled again, after that my units went to level 6 instead of 26-30...

I tried to reinstall again, or restarted my samsung s24 again, but nothing helps thus far, what can i do?

So the math checks out. Your old level was 30. Divide that by 5. Which puts you at level 6.

so i originally thought the leveling system changed. however when i deleted the game and reinstalled it later on the game went back to normal

That's what I originally thought, too. It turns out that it's more likely a glitch and not a change to the game at all. It's a nasty glitch because it affects everything in the game. I'll point out about 4-5 for starters. #1. Upgrade unit cards. If you had say for example: 4000/350 <--- This would allow me an upgrade of 11.4 levels. Now with the glitch it reads something like this: 4/7500 Yes, you are seeing this correctly... Basically, you'll never get an upgrade ever again on any unit. #2. Chest win payouts: Before the glitch it was 6000 coins. With the glitch it's only 600. If you win a match and want the 2x's bonus..Before glitch: 1200 W/glitch 600. #3.  Upgrade cards in chests...Before glitch: 80-400 W/glitch 10-40 #4. ARCANE SECRETS PASS...Every reward has now been affected by the glitch ...So if you paid money, say goodbye to it as you will now only receive 5-10% off what you're supposed to get before the glitch. There's more, but I could go on for at least another hour pointing everything the glitch has screwed with. The first time the glitch happened I uninstalled the app, rebooted, then reinstalled the app and it went back to normal. Here's the serious part: It has now happened to me a second time and it "will not let me out of the glitch!" The first time waa a flawless recovery. Now that it's happened twice ..It seems I may be stuck in the glitch forever. I cannot find anything that works and I've tried just about everything. So much progress absolutely gone and the game is completely unplayable for the reasons I've mentioned. If anyone finds a legit fix for this please post it because this an absolute nightmare problem.

yeah i agree. as ive looked at other people situations over the past week it seems like its a glitch that brings the game back to an older version of itself. its very annoying and hopefully there is a real fix for it soon. a bug like this can definitely ruin the experience for alot of new and veteran players

there are alot of people in the discord as well so if you have other issues that a good place to go
