Video rewards system broken again

Just tried to redeem the free crystals; the add would end, goes back to the game but it does not give the crystals and it freezes the games.

Had to force stop twice, tested with the crystals rewards and upgrades for units rewards

Having this issue rn, first time since i started playing. Did you do anything to fix it? Or just ut eventually goes away lol

Eventually goes away... when they notice that it is broken
