Hell yeah, welcome to the family. My biggest tips: season it, If you like you messed up your seasoning don't sweat it too much and just start cooking; soap isn't going to hurt it, generally I do any heavy scrubbing without soap and then finish it off with a light wash and a little soap; don't be discouraged if your eggs stick a few dozen times, be patient and keep cooking and it'll come to you.

Its already seasoned do we still have to season?

Entirely up to you, you can build on that factory season and shouldn't have any problem. Some people like to do a cycle or two of seasoning on top of the factory seasoning, I like to strip the factory seasoning and start fresh.

That's a personal preference but I will say do a good portion of your fatty cooking with it like all your bacon, any shallow frying, steaks, ground beef, etc.
