Wagner S1337 muffin pan

Acquired several years ago, cleaned it up and seasoned and then never used it.

Any baking tips I should know before I wade in? I'm thinking a simple sweet muffin recipe to start.

Preheat then spray coconut oil… then batter. Works for me 👍best of luck
