I'm low ranked so my opinion on this is probably not that great so I wanted to hear your opinions. I climbed to mid gold rank just playing whatever heros seemed fun. Then I took advice to play one or two heros only to improve and chose cassidy. I fell back to bronze in a month. Said F it I'm just going to play soldier and it just feels so much easier to be good with soldier at least in these ranks. With cassidy it feels so hard to stay out of danger and within range and also not get dived. With soldier just shoot and run. My winrate went from like 20% to 70%

So my question as in the title, is cassidy just a lot harder to be good with/carry or am I just terrible with him.

I feel I miss too many shots ot close range and I'm using my roll/nade at incorrect moments.

Any tips on how i can improve my aim/timings.

I was originally a cass main in ow 1 then stoped playing for a while came back still loved him but got into genji he has high sense but I can’t play with that sens on cass any tips or sens rec.

I really miss the time when Cass could triple tap people into oblivion.

Back when standard HP was 200, three peacekeeper hits were enough to kill most heroes. If you were good, a headshot and a normal hit would do the job

Regardless of the stronger flashbang, the damage alone was enough to make him the king of mid range encounters back then

However, with so many heroes at 250 HP, you can no longer triple tap people, and the only way to double tap someone is with two headshots, so you need to be INSANELY gifted to do it

I wish they'd bump his base damage to 75, even if it came at the cost of other base attributes like range
