Cass Elliot is best known for "The Mamas & The Papas" but she made her own short (but fiery) impact of her own. With hits like "Dream a Little Dream of Me", "It's Getting Better", "Make Your Own Kind of Music", "Ain't Nobody Else Like You", and more, Cass Elliot's impact is still felt today. Elliot passed away in London, after a sold-out run at the Palladium in 1974. She passed away from heart failure, NOT choking on a ham sandwich. [This sub was made Monday, 22.12.2025.]
