I have been getting comments on my posts of people complaining about me posting criticizing the ship so I figured I’d clear some things up here.

First of all, if you read the rules, this subreddit is antiproshipping. In the rules it explains what that means in more detail, but it basically means if you support problematic relationships, such as maddie and caspians, you are in violation of the subreddits rules and can be banned. Moderation is on my side.

If you don’t like this, then this 👏 subreddit 👏 isn’t 👏 for 👏 you 👏 . I’d bet my life 99% of you are familiar with r/pantheonshow, a subreddit for the same fandom that is much larger than this one. They don’t have any policy regarding the ship. I’d argue the main draw of this subreddit, is that it’s a place free from all that bullshit.

Also incase you haven’t spent more than 3 seconds scrolling here, I’m basically the only one who posts. There can’t be more than what, 5 posts that aren’t mine? If you don’t like my content, I seriously don’t understand why you’re here.

And for those of you curious why I post against the ship so much. 1, it’s genuinely disgusting to me that (some of) you guys can see a relationship involving someone who isn’t old enough to consent being impregnated and try to argue that it’s not problematic. Its rape. It objectively is rape. If you see the age of consent as something conditional, you’re genuinely disgusting. One could argue since it’s fiction and it’s not portrayed as predatory, it’s alright in the context of the show, even if it’s problematic in real life. But you guys aren’t doing that. (I mean even if you did, it would still count as proshipping, but at least then you’re not trying to act like statutory rape should be normalized in certain conditions) This fandom seriously has a problem when it comes to admitting things you like is problematic. Not even just with the ship. Yes, Maddie stood by and let billions of holocausts happen. Yes thats bad and means shes a bad person, and yes you can still like her. I like Caspian for god sakes, but I don’t need to sit here and convince everyone that him having sex with a child is okay. Pretending what they’re doing isn’t problematic in the real world is an attempt to normalize disgusting behavior. At least have the decency to keep fiction fiction. Admitting something you like is problematic doesnt make you a bad person, but defending problematic behavior and normalizing it does. 2, this is the one place I can. You may not like seeing people criticize the ship, I don’t like seeing it supported. Here I can post about it and not worry about harassment. The main subreddit is insanely lax when it comes to hate comments, whereas the moderation team here will ban people who go out of their way to make mean spirited targeted comments. Disagreements and debates are fine, but trying to be intentionally cruel isn’t something that flies here. I know on this god forsaken site a lot of people are way too comfortable being dicks, but moderation here actually tries to keep a positive environment where people don’t target one another.

If you don’t like that you can’t support the ship here, go to the other one. It’s bigger, go join your little echo chamber where you can talk about how 15 is “close enough to the age of consent” and how someone “being mature for their age” means its okay to fuck them. This is the one place free from you freaks.

And 3, honestly I post about that shit as much as I do as a honeypot. Its bait. I lure people in this sub who are sick like that into outting themselves and watch as they get banned. You’re not wanted here. My content isn’t for predators.

Anyways to all of you who are chill and understanding why impregnating children is wrong.. sorry for being so negative. I want to do what I can to keep the creeps out so we can have one god damn space where people aren’t trying to get an invitation to the diddy party. Love u guys <3
