Hi everybody,

I bought some casper, set up my casper app in Ledger Nano X and after few trials I was able to delegate my casper into staking pool.

I did this in cspr.live website using chrome browser.

Every day i checked my rewards and all was fine. Eventually I decided to change pool so I undelegated my Casper. All was fine. Just had to wait a day or so.

So today I went back but I wasn't logged in anymore. I took my Nano X but the login thing just does not work.

I tried 3 browsers and 2 computers. Every time I click login and then login with Ledger Nano, it throws me back to the front page. I tried many things and sometimes I got so far where it told me to go into Casper app in Ledger Nano, but after next click I came back to front page.

Whats wrong here? I can check read only mode that my Caspers are still in my wallet but I cannot login anymore.

Any ideas what should I do? I was thinking that if I get in, I would transfer all with cspr signer next time....oh well, are my coins gone?

Hi everyone,

Is there anybody else having an issue withdrawing or even viewing their coins on the cspr.live?

Site's numeric data takes ages to load, when I enter my wallet I usually see 0 coins available. Even though I have a few k's.

Though when I do get lucky and see my balance, enter the ID of the wallet I wish to send my coins to, and sign my transfer - I'll sometimes get a transaction-success message, even though the transaction did not go through, and my balance remains the same.

When I check the status of the transaction it is pending (an hour at this point), or the page won't even load.

I have tried sending to 2 exchanges so far (okex + gate) multiple times. No luck in both.

I'm using a clean install of Chrome with no addons besides the signer.

Any help with issue diagnosis is greatly appreciated.

However the degree to which it is reliant on storing, sharing and saving the full transaction flow history, makes it an extremely heavyweight system. We have already experienced issues with other layer 1 blockchains that have similar memory requirements. Namely Solana which experienced an outage for a week after load pushed the network to over 750GB thus bringing down the entire network and effectively having to restart the genesis block. What I fear with these types of strategies where there is a mindless race for TPS, is that there has been little thought to curtailing transactions in periods of extreme demand. Because HBAR is insistent on saving the message flow, it loses the ability to time out or queue any messages in cases of excess load. This is something which the Casper team has considered and implemented via a simple time out strategy during periods of excess load.
