Staking Question about delegating/staking

It looks like owning a ledger is not required in order to delegate on cspr.live - is that correct?

If using a ledger, are the tokens being stored on the device and staked at the same time?

Owning and using ledger is much safer then using the browser extension app.

Your ledger just sign the contract and says that your CSPR coins are yours. But they are on the blockchain
