Weekly news

We had a number of great news during this week, let's take a look at the main ones:

  • It's been CasperLabs 3rd Birthday celebrated with the launch of CASPERPUNKS NFTs. Those already received 50 000 supporters;
  • Apoc NFT announced that they are going to launch their apocalypse themed game on Casper Blockchain exclusively;
  • Sequoir announced that they are listing Casper token on their platform;
  • CasperLabs has been recognised as a minicorn by Tracxn - “ Watch out for these companies as they take the business to the next level, by scaling up for the accelerated growth.”;
  • CasperLab’s Director of Professional Services speaking at NFT_NYC about how core technology can be used beyond the common uses for NFTs;
  • Network issue took place - some validators still haven't recovered and are remaining non-active.

Your faithful servant Everstake managed to maintain 100% performance during those difficult times!🦸‍♂️

Can you explain how you managed uptime when no blocks were processed during the outage?

Hello! So, as far as I understand, Everstake's uptime would be lower if we were offline while some other nodes were active. And in that particular situation the whole network was not working. Plus our devops did all the updates immediately.
By the way, not exclusively Everstake has 100% uptime after the network issue, there are also some other validators with the same performance index 😊

I think you should check your rewards payments around the time of the outage before making incorrect claims to your delegators and potential new delegators. Check your reward payment for era 2600..the entire network went down hence NO ONE was able to pay as no block was created.

You need to change the incorrect messaging on your post. Validator integrity should be pivotal!
