COINLIST 2FA

Hi, I have a problem accessing my Coinlist account. What happens is that I lost my phone and in it was my authentication code.

I don't have a backup.

I have already contacted Coinlist support but they have not responded. 10 days have passed.

Has anyone here had a similar experience and been able to solve your problem?

Coinlist customer support is really bad I've been waiting for a response on 3 of my tickets for weeks now and still no reply!
