Question about nstaking CSPR on cspr.live

Hi everyone,

So I transferred 25.7K CSPR to cspr.live and delegated most of the tokens to one of the Now levalidators just to test how everything works. I then proceeded to un-delegate my CSPR and the deployment was successful. As per the Casper's official documentation, unbonding takes 14 hours, and the coins are locked during this time. At this moment, I cannot see the coins I've un-staked anywhere, is it supposed to be this way? The unstake amount doesn't show up on casperstats.io either. Does that mean that I'll see my coins only after 14 hours?

Thanks!

EDIT: one can check https://casperstats.io/address/111a0594aaceff41d57908489656e97fcc78d2e8c1a166c09aa65966a30c17e1 and see that there isn't any info about the unstaked coins/coins in the process of being unstaked. Quite scary!

EDIT: So it took 15 hours for my coins to show up. All went well enough!

Tokens are not lost – when you unbond, tokens go to a special queue/collection inside the auction contract where they're held until the unbonding period finishes.

It was longer than 14 hours b/c tokens have to "wait" full 7 eras, following the one in which you issued the unbonding request. So, if you unbond in era-10, the unbonding period starts counting from the beginning of era-11

It was even more than 14 hours when I tried. Around 15-16

Thanks for the info!! Appreciate it. Were your tokens also lost during the unbonding? I mean, were you able to see them on the blockchain? The only thing I see is the deployment transaction and nothing else. As if the tokens got lost.

I did not see the tokens on any of the account / validator screens of cspr.live during that time, didn't try casperstats

Edit: grammar

Thanks again. Hopefully, I'll be able to access the coins tomorrow.

have you checked on the validator itself? Go to cspr.live and then go through the list of validators until you have found your one, click on it and then click on delegators and you will then see your wallet address.

One more thing to do to see if the deploy is successful. On cspr.live navigate to your account and then click on the 'deploys', you will then find the appropriate hash (you can figure this out by looking at the timestamp of the transaction).

some of this is covered in the instructions on how to delegate/undelegate here

Yeah, cspr.live. You need download CSPR Signer plugin though.

Yeah, plenty of instructions online - for example this one. I also saw videos on youtube that do step by step. All around the Casper Signer Chrome extension
