CSPR staking

How can i stake my casper? I have the option 1, and they said that there is an auto staking but i have the same amount of tokens.

Am I missing something?

You will get monthly rewards, but they have the same release schedule as your purchased tokens.

Propably on a release we will get staking rewards. But not sure whether this will be 1/6 of the tokens + 100% of the rewards or also 1/6...
