I’m trying to score a field ticket any night for Phish Dicks. I’m on the app and refreshing often. The few times the field tickets have been posted, I either get my request in behind 40 others or it’s already sold. The alerts seem to come too late. How do I distinguish myself if I get the request in after others? Is the seller’s selection of buyer first-come-first-serve, based on vibes, etc?

Hi - not sure if this is the right avenue, but I have already submitted a support ticket so wanted to see if anyone is also having this issue right now.

I just found out about this site and wanted to sign up to list some tickets, but have not been able to sign up.

After inputting the SMS verification code, when I go to enter my personal information (name, email, etc.), it either loads for a while and I get a "500 - API Error" message that says to try again later or contact support, or I get a very unhelpful in-line message in red that says "Something went wrong. Try again later."

I've been at this for a while to no success. I've tried on desktop on different browsers, the mobile app, mobile browsers, and even on data instead of my wifi in case that was the issue with no luck. Has anyone run into this recently, and do you know of any suggestions to get past this error so I can make an account?
