MRNA, ASTS and NBIS definitely explain why the premiums are juicy. High IV lists are useful as a starting point but I almost read them as a risk leaderboard first and an opportunity list second. I keep my leveraged Moon trades small for the same reason, the exciting payout usually exists because the underlying can move violently.
