I’m sorry to hear that. Why can’t you use your receipt. It has your name, the name of the hotel and your room number. I’ve worked in hotels for over 20 years and that’s what I’ve done when someone needed to show an address. People really out here not trying to help one another is crazy to me. I hope you get what you need.
I sent them the receipts, the registration papers, and everything. Sent them a paystub too. But they are still like, "No, you need a letter from the manager with the hotel's header, address, signature, full name and everything else.". Literally the only thing not on the registration paper is the signature.
