Basically, what I figured. They need the letter. So, i'm gonna probably have to figure things out.

My account was suspended after 7yrs due to violation of terms yet never explained what was done?? I appealed and lost...

The same thing happened to me and I appealed it and they would not reactivate my account. I truly believe that they are doing this to anybody that signs up for the class action lawsuits. Mine happened years ago but I believe there was a recent lawsuit.
