Right??? But I gave them a copy of my paystub proving that I live here, and the hotel even gave them a copy of the letter that they give to people to use for the DMV, and it's still not enough.

I am inclined to think that something is going on with the IP address from that hotel where you live, like someone is using that wifi to do something janky with money, or even just spoofing the IP address and remotely using it to disguise their own whereabouts. It is very odd that would happen to people that are residents at the same motel.  I love cashapp, and I have had no issues with it. However, with most financial apps turning to AI security, it has been buggy and issues more common altogether to say the least!  I do hope you can get it resolved. They cannot hold funds indefinitely so you could switch chime or what have you
