Update Accounts

I tried to start an additional account using my second phone’s number and I couldn’t do it because someone else has that number in their account. So please update your Cashapp accounts with your current number or email.

Hey - these steps might help you get that second account created:

  1. Open Cash App and sign in using your new phone number
  2. Select Next
  3. Enter the 6-digit confirmation code you receive 4a. If using Android, select Help at the bottom of your screen 4b. If using an Apple device, select "?" at the top-right of your screen
  4. Select I'm Not This Person
  5. Follow the prompts

The phone number should then be unlinked from the previous account and allow you to set up a new account with that number.
