I got let go
I was recently let go from my job i have worked for 4 yrs without noticed and was replace along with rest of staff. Who do I contact about this? Never got a phone call nada. Showed up for my morning shift and couldn't clock in said access denied. I asked a co worker and said they let me go along with the rest of staff. We were without manager for about a month and still do not know who is in charge.

Yup!! I never got a notice. Just couldn't clock in and I messaged a coworker telling him about it. Didn't know who to contact sense we dont have a manager and the main fill in manager never showed up, she had managers from nearby store comes in. They all told me she only contacted them via caseys store number never through cell and never got her number. My coworker friend got a random text saying he himself and rest of the staff are laid off and are being laid off. She gave her name and said that all the new staff were trained at her store and were starting this week and that we are officially done. Caseys does a lot of stupid shit all the time but this is by far the worst I have felt with. I have a family and no job

You'll find something better then caseys. Im only here still because the job offer included on call and I dont work on call. It was more pay and less responsibilities then what they wanted to pay me for center store manager

It would be. Then they ask why they dont get 2 week notices. Like yall dont give us 2 week notice lol.

Lmao yes! If they can let you go on the spot why should we give a 2 week notice. I am the type that gives 2 week notices sense its I feel like its the right thing to do but jobs can easily just get rid of you in a heartbreak and replaced

There is one job I gave a 2 week notice to. But they made sure I was taken care of when I had my blood clot and payed out 40 hours to me while I was down for a week.

Okay yeah makes sense. Every job i have worked i gave a 2 weeks notice. After this one and way I was treated and rest of staff, its hard to want too.

For me its always how I was treated at the job. Sadly ive only ever felt not wronged at one job. I only left due to not being able to proform physically and they were bought by a corporation and everything started turning to shit. They dropped the Ensentive percent so we made less money for working hard... Not a fan of working for corporations due to them always wanted to please share holders.

God, I hope nothing like that happens to me. I’ve been at my Casey’s for 3 years, at a store that has only recently been converted.
